Global Warming Surprises: Temperature data in dispute can reverse conclusions about human influence on climate
By S. Fred Singer, Ph.D.
September 2017

"Exploring some of the intricacies of climate science can lead to surprising results that have major consequences," writes Singer in this NIPCC Policy Brief. He identifies inconsistencies in the surface temperature record; explains those inconsistencies as artifacts arising from the misuse of data; and concludes that misuse of data explains the failure of the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to find credible evidence for anthropogenic global warming.
